1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how SKK Ventures LLC, doing business as FeisScore ("FeisScore," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use FeisScore at feisscore.net and related services.

FeisScore is an AI-powered Irish dance scoring and feedback platform that allows dancers to upload performance videos, receive scoring and technique feedback, track progress, and use training, community, parent, studio, and competition-related features.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use FeisScore, we may collect or process:

• Account and identity information: name, email address, username, authentication information, account identifiers, and account settings.
• Age and profile information: date of birth, age derived from date of birth, profile photo, biography, dance school or studio, organization, competition level, and other profile information you choose to provide.
• Parent and family information: parent or guardian name and contact information, parent-child account relationships, invitations, and consent-related records used for family and child-safety features.
• Dance content and results: uploaded dance videos, audio contained in those videos, video metadata, dance type, shoe type, level, scores, scoring breakdowns, AI-generated feedback, progress history, and related submission information.
• Community and feature content: messages, reports, profile visibility choices, shared score or showcase content, Feis Prep information, competition information, coach or studio interactions, assignments, and other content you submit through FeisScore features.
• Payment and subscription information: subscription plan, payment status, transaction identifiers, and billing-related records. Payment card information is handled by Stripe rather than stored directly by FeisScore.
• Technical and usage information: information generated when you use the service, such as authentication/session data, device or browser information, service events, diagnostics, error reports, and platform analytics.
• Support and communications: information you send when you contact us, submit a privacy request, request support, or otherwise communicate with FeisScore.

Please do not provide sensitive personal information that FeisScore does not need to provide the service.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

• Create, authenticate, maintain, and secure accounts.
• Provide AI-powered scoring, feedback, progress tracking, Feis Prep, parent, studio, community, and other requested features.
• Process subscriptions and payments and maintain billing records.
• Provide customer support and respond to questions, privacy requests, safety concerns, and disputes.
• Protect FeisScore, users, and others against fraud, abuse, security incidents, prohibited activity, and violations of our terms.
• Operate, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the reliability, usability, and performance of FeisScore.
• Send service, security, account, policy, and transaction communications, and marketing communications where permitted by law or where you have chosen to receive them.
• Comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

4. AI and Video Processing

FeisScore uses artificial intelligence to analyze Irish dance performances. When you submit a video for scoring or feedback, the video and related submission information may be processed by our AI service providers, including Google Cloud AI / Gemini, so that FeisScore can generate scores, analysis, and feedback.

FeisScore also offers an AI Coach. The text AI Coach processes your written results and questions to generate coaching responses using Anthropic. The optional Live AI Coach uses microphone and voice interaction with an AI avatar provided by Anam, with coaching responses generated via FeisScore and Anthropic. Live AI Coach sessions are time-limited.

• Videos are private by default. They are not made public merely because you submit them for scoring or feedback.
• You may choose to share certain content through FeisScore features. If you choose to make a profile, score, or video-related content public, that content may be visible to other users or visitors as described in the feature.
• FeisScore requires affirmative AI-processing consent before a scoring or feedback submission is created.
• FeisScore provides an optional setting that allows a user to permit eligible videos to be considered for AI improvement. This setting is off by default.

5. How We Share Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to service providers that help us operate FeisScore, only as needed for the services they provide. These may include:

• Base44 for application platform, hosting, authentication, storage, and related platform services.
• Google Cloud AI / Gemini for AI-powered scoring and feedback analysis.
• Anthropic for AI Coach text and live coaching responses.
• Anam for the live AI Coach avatar and voice streaming.
• Resend for transactional email delivery, including parent approval emails for under-13 accounts.
• Stripe for payment and subscription processing.
• Sentry for error monitoring and service diagnostics.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate fraud or security incidents, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to applicable law.

FeisScore does not currently sell personal information or use third-party advertising networks or advertising pixels to target users with interest-based advertising.

6. Community, Profiles, and Sharing

Some FeisScore features allow users to communicate with others or choose to share profile, score, or showcase content. Public profile and showcase settings are off by default unless you choose to enable them. Information you intentionally post or share with other users can be seen by the audience shown in that feature and may be copied or reshared by people who can view it.

FeisScore may review or moderate community content to enforce our rules, respond to reports, protect users, and maintain platform safety.

7. Cookies, Analytics, and Diagnostics

FeisScore and its platform providers may use cookies, local storage, session identifiers, and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, core site functions, platform analytics, and diagnostics. FeisScore also uses Sentry for error monitoring with default personal-information collection disabled in the application configuration.

We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook advertising pixels, TikTok advertising pixels, or other third-party advertising trackers for targeted advertising. If our tracking practices materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy and implement any consent controls required by applicable law.

8. Children and Users Under 13

FeisScore is used by dancers and families, including minors. Users under 13 may use FeisScore only after a parent or legal guardian completes the required parent approval flow. When a dancer under 13 signs up, FeisScore asks for a parent or guardian email and sends a secure approval link. The parent or guardian does not need to create a FeisScore account solely to provide this approval — they review the request on a public FeisScore page and explicitly confirm and approve. Until approval is completed, the under-13 dancer cannot use protected features such as scoring, text AI Coach, or Live AI Coach.

FeisScore asks for date of birth during onboarding to determine age-related requirements. The parent approval email method is an attestation by whoever controls the parent email inbox and confirms approval. It is not a proof of verified adult identity. The separate Parent Portal is an optional account feature that lets a parent or guardian follow a dancer's progress and may require its own account.

Parents and legal guardians may contact us to ask about personal information associated with their child, request access or correction where applicable, request deletion where required by law, or withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis for processing. If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 was collected without authorization required by applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to restrict or delete that information.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the service, maintaining security, resolving disputes, preventing fraud or abuse, meeting tax or accounting obligations, enforcing agreements, and complying with applicable law.

• Account information: generally retained while the account is active and thereafter only as reasonably necessary for legal, security, dispute, fraud-prevention, or backup purposes.
• Transactions and billing records: retained as needed to administer transactions and for applicable tax, accounting, payment, dispute, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations.
• Videos: current retention depends on account type and user settings. Non-paid submissions are currently assigned a 90-day video expiration. Some paid plans may offer longer or configurable retention. Scores, feedback, and other submission records may remain after a video is no longer available.
• Community and support records: retained as reasonably necessary to provide the feature, address safety or abuse issues, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

When information is no longer needed, we may delete or anonymize it. Information stored in backups or retained for legal or security reasons may remain for a limited additional period and may be isolated from ordinary use until deletion is possible.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Processing

FeisScore and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers of personal information, we will use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism or other required safeguard.

12. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or a copy of certain information; to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; to object to certain processing; to appeal certain privacy-request decisions; and to receive equal service and pricing when exercising applicable privacy rights.

You can update certain account and privacy settings directly in FeisScore. You may also submit a privacy request by emailing info@feisscore.net or using our contact page at feisscore.net/contact. We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing a request. Applicable law may permit or require us to retain certain information even after a deletion request.

13. United States Privacy Disclosures

During the preceding 12 months, depending on how a person used FeisScore, we may have collected categories of personal information including identifiers; customer-record information; age or date-of-birth information; commercial or transaction information; and audio, visual, or similar information such as dance videos. We may disclose these categories to service providers for business purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

We do not currently sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising. If that changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any opt-out mechanism required by applicable law.

14. Legal Bases for Processing

Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, your consent, compliance with legal obligations, protection of vital interests, and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting, and improving FeisScore, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice as appropriate or required by law.
